Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles’ luxury landmark hotel, has a new outdoor Cuban-inspired cocktail lounge offering handcrafted libations, light bites, and a calendar of community events. Havana Nights brings the rhythms of Cuba to the heart of Los Angeles, breathing in new life with vibrant décor reminiscent of 1950s Havana and a spirited menu in partnership with SelvaRey Rum.

The cocktail lounge will serve a curated menu of Mojitos, Cuba Libres, and more, featuring SelvaRey Rum, the brand co-owned by Bruno Mars and one of the most sustainable rum distilleries in the world. Complementing the drinks is a dining menu from Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez that offers a twist on Cuban classics such as Plantains, Croquettes, and Cubano Sandwiches.
Havana Nights comes alive with a monthly line-up of exclusive activations including DJ nights, Cuban band performances, themed pop-ups, cigar rolling, rum dinner and more. As Los Angeles’ newest social hub for culture, dining, and business, Fairmont Century Plaza invites hotel guests and local Angelenos to come together to enjoy the longer days and warmer weather this spring through summer while being transported to vintage Havana with each sip and bite.
The lounge offers 5 custom-built cabanas with seating available for 2-8 guests plus 2 communal tables. Designed with tropical luxury in mind, each cabana is unique and offers a striking Cuban-inspired feel with garlands of palms, bright flowers, and vibrant prints.
The Havana Nights experience can be booked on OpenTable and is available nightly beginning at 5:00pm from April 24 2024.
